SHIPPING AND HANDLING

We ship across Australia and worldwide.  As our goods can vary between small easy to ship items and bulky items, we palletise orders wherever possible and ship using reputable carriers such as TNT, Toll Express, Capital Transport and other well known logistics carriers.  Smaller items are usually shipped via Courier as preferred.  Ecospill offers two forms of shipping through orders on our website – either by ‘Our Carrier’ where we will quote a shipping cost payable upon order; or by ‘Your Carrier’ which means we will ship ‘freight on’ via your preferred carrier that you have an existing account with.  We do not charge a handling fee for orders ‘freight on’ orders dispatched via your carrier.

All customers will receive a tracking number for your shipment upon dispatch.

SAME DAY DISPATCH

Where possible, all deliveries are dispatched same-day Monday to Friday from our Brisbane Warehouse.  Orders that are dispatched from our Perth Warehouse are usually dispatched within 1-2 days of placing your order.  Please note we do not dispatch on Saturdays or Sundays.  Your goods will be dispatched from the Warehouse that is geographically closest to you, depending on stock availability.

BACK ORDERS

If your item is not in stock we will back order it for you and notify you accordingly.  You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you do not wish to wait.
